Bought 2 disposable vape. Both are burning and terrible before the puff count. Store says one was discounted = 0. The other a flum. Not even asking for my money back but simply replace at least 1 of the 2 I purchased which are obviously old; however if not something is causing an issue. Store response = can’t help you 0 percent. Gee if only there was another smoke shop across the street. lol thanks for the terrible product and customer service. P.s. you do not need to keep a person on the phone for 10 minutes over a cheap disposable product you’re going to do 0 about. Good time to quit :) 0 stars for making me wait 10 minutes in store while you charge the freaking vape

Terrible customer service, sold me a defective product and refused to replace it 2 minutes after buying the product, got out to my car opened it and went back in to the store immediately and they refused to switch it

I would advise you to go else where it’s a scamming Indian who sold me a defective vape and taxed me $12 on it to come out to $32 and hours later said he won’t exchange it. So if you want to loose money be my guest and the good reviews are fake.

My usual shop for many years. Service friendly. Prices competitive. Only criticism is closing time early, especially Sundays.

Friendly staff, easy parking, good prices. I drive to this shop 3 miles rather than 3 blocks to a rude shop with high prices.
