I’ve been to a lot of vape shops over the years, and nothing compares to Fast Vape. Seriously some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere — not just in a vape shop. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need instead of just trying to sell you something. The shop is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and they have an awesome selection of products and flavors. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted like a regular and treated with respect. You can tell they take pride in their business and in taking care of their customers. If you’re anywhere near Eagle and looking for a trustworthy vape shop with amazing people, this is the place. Fast Vape sets the standard for what customer service should be. Highly recommend — easily a 10/10 experience every single time.

I had a great experience at the smoke shop thanks to John. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. You can tell he really knows the products and cares about helping customers find exactly what they need. Customer service like that makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Highly recommend asking for John when you stop in!

I have been coming here since 2020 when first moving to Avon. It’s always been a great experience. Shane has great product knowledge and has been super helpful. I totally recommend!!
