After a very poor experience across the street at FastVapes, this shop was a much better experience. The person behind the counter was very helpful and treated us really well. Much better experience and would recommend over the other shop. Cute selection of other items in the store as well!

Awesome customer service! Thank you to the guy working this evening for treating us with respect and keeping the door open to us 2 minutes prior to closing! Will bring business back here every time we come to town! VAILS EXHALE FOR THE WIN! Yaya!

I stumbled across this little gem of a smoke shop last week, and I’m so glad I did! It’s a small, family-owned spot with a warm, welcoming vibe that you just don’t get at the big chains. The owners were super friendly and took the time to chat with me about their products—everything, vapes and unique glass pieces. They clearly know their stuff and care about their customers. The selection is impressive for a small place, and the prices are fair, especially for the quality. It felt like shopping with friends rather than just another transaction. If you’re looking for a personal touch and a great experience, this is the spot to check out!

Ty is absolutely awesome, his customer service is amazing. easily worth just coming here for him alone but better with their great selection.

Never Been—Already Obsessed I’ve literally never been here, but something about the name Vail’s Exhale makes me feel like I just finished a seven-year silent retreat in the Swiss Alps and finally forgave my enemies. This place radiates chill. Do I know what they do here? Absolutely not. Do I trust them with my spiritual well-being? 100%. 5 stars for the vibes alone. Hell yea.
