Amazing service! The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. You can tell they truly understand vaping and care about giving customers the best experience. Highly recommend this shop if you want great advice and friendly service!

An excellent service they served me super well, very attentive and helped me look for a better product. I would definitely go again

Dude, this smoke shop rocks! They've got an awesome range of vapes, pipes, you name it. Plus, killer location – easy to swing by whenever. Totally recommend checking it out!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Elevape in Vail! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough—the service is truly in a league of its own. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a valued customer. The owner, Ethan, was the one helping me, and his knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor were exceptional. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered excellent recommendations without ever being pushy. What truly set this experience apart was Ethan’s incredible generosity. After a great conversation and making my purchase, he surprised me by gifting me a free vape to take home! It was an amazingly kind gesture that speaks volumes about the level of customer appreciation he has for his patrons. The shop is well-stocked, clean, and organized, but the outstanding customer service is the real draw. If you are in Vail and need anything vape-related, make Elevape your first and only stop. Thanks again, Ethan, for the great products and for going above and beyond!

this place is terrible, people inside have no knowledge of what they're selling, couldnt answer any of my questions, and prices are ridiculous for off brand low quality products
