The shop itself is nice and has a really good variety of vapes and flavors.Unfortunately, the customer service was not. The lady working there was very rude and unhelpful from the moment I walked in. I tried being friendly and asked how her day was going, but she ignored me and seemed irritated that I was asking questions or looking at flavors. She kept huffing and puffing, barely answered my question, and mostly just told me to ‘look it up.’ The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and like I was inconveniencing her even though she was just sitting on her phone. I liked the shop and it’s selection, but the experience made me not want to come back.

I used to come here a lot and up until these past couple of weeks I’ve had excellent service there. I came in today around two and the second time the same lady has helped me and she just is always very rude and I always feel like I’m bothering her by coming in and buying From them, Anyone else I’ve gotten has been very kind and helpful but it’s been the same lady the last two times and she is very unprofessional and rude I do not think I will be coming back here anymore. This sucks because I used to really love this store and the people who worked here and I really hate being the Guy to make a bad review And I normally wouldn’t, but I’ve never had An employee make me feel like I was inconveniencing them by shopping at their store very disappointing.

We were helped by the amazing Amber and Treia !!! We absolutely loved it here and will return !!! Great customer service, great music, chill vibes, and the vapes are just perfect !!

Had what I needed guy behind counter was very nice and did a great job taking care of me.

Most importantly the staff is SO NICE! AWESOME selection of products and discounts available too!
