The customer service here is excellent! Joaquin, Dion, and every employee I have interacted with are incredibly helpful and so kind. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. Also, this store offers an excellent selection of high-quality products, including cute bags, accessories, and everything you would be looking for in a typical smoke shop. 5/5 highly recommend.

Wouldn't swap my vape out even though I was told they would, bought 1 day ago and was not honored. I spend a good bit on vapes and 3d printed stuff but this is not how business is done. I will not be shopping here again.

The girl was nice that helped me out but the flush i had bought absolutely did not work for me at all. I followed directions to a T. Still failed the ua i was given. Unfortunate.

I appreciate the friendly and chill atmosphere. My latest visit, Susanna was very professional and congenial.

I loved my experience here. The girl that helped us was super cool and they have cool stickers that they give out. They have these mystery bags with cool goodies in them I wasn’t able to get one this trip but its a great way to get their customers to go back. Definitely stop by and check out their glass!
