After a very long road trip on thanksgiving, we stoped hoping they’re open. They were closed and was having a family dinner. The owner approached us and insisted we come in and enjoy. We did, they acted like they’re open just to make sure we’re happy. The family was very welcoming and invited us to join them. Then they brought us drinks and food on the house. The hookah hit the spot!!! Very good. You don’t see people doing that anymore. Definitely coming back every time. Words don’t express their hospitality l.

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hookah lounge. The owner was super rude and acted like we were bothering him just by being there. On top of that, the prices were way too high for what they offered—totally not worth it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Nova Hookah Lounge was an amazing chill spot. A great place to catch up with friends and smoke hookah. You can bring in your own drinks for $25 fee. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I would give 5 stars for service provided by servers but I am not very pleased. I requested owner to change music and he straight up refused but he changed music for other customers at 3 different occasions in front of me. If you have policy then it should be equal for all customers and I was regular customer up till last month giving them business almost every day. He telling me where to sit when I can see entire lounge is almost empty. He is telling me to use only two coals for hookah while other customers are using three coals. He was charging 100 dollars for new years eve which is outrageous. I decided to give him a second chance because due to holy month I don't want to drive far to other hookah lounge because I have to be up in early morning but it is clearly not working. I am not getting FREE HOKKA I AM PAYING FULL PRICE and I always was very respectful to him so I don't know why this guy has ill will against me. I am officially done with this place I don't care if I have to drive 30 miles to other hookah lounge.

This place is nice but they charge a lot!!! At first he charged me $27 for hookah then I told him hookah and coffee and the price jumped from 27 to $40 when I asked why is that much he said we charge for charcoal lol meanwhile it’s not my first time and I remember for the same thing before they charged me 30 and change, well this was my last time.
