Pasa La Hookah in Manchester, CT is hands down one of the best hookah lounges around. I absolutely love the environment—great vibes, welcoming atmosphere, and the music is on point. The crowd is mixed and diverse, which makes it even better and more enjoyable. The hookah is amazing—smooth, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything was top quality from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Irvin for providing exceptional service. He consistently checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and truly made the experience even better. This place is a solid 10/10 for me. I can’t wait to come back!

Wanted to try this place out but was very disappointed with my visit. What looks like a fun time turned into a headache quick very frustrating. Had a small group of 5, we had vapes confiscated at the door, very strict and outrageous rules. $10 for only guys to get in girls free. We had to pay $25 for a bottle of henny we had to bring ourselves (byob) 2 people per hookah so $40 for 2 hookahs and not everyone was even gonna smoke. Over priced beverages (non alcoholic) $6 coke. We stayed about 5 minutes, was not feeling the vibe so we wanted to leave with a refund. Waiter was in our faces talking basically into your mouth which was disgusting. 5 MINUTES inside wanted to leave, no refund and we left disappointed and no money back. 👎🏻👎🏻 do not go unless you’re willing to stripped of free will and fun.

Pasa is a fun vibe, where you can come get lit with your girlies or guys and have the time of your life trust me!!!! There is a lot of negativity on here but the truth is come if you come don’t if you don’t once again it has hookah in the name if you know you and your group don’t like hookah don’t come simple as that!!!! But I love coming here…. Honestly if you do like hookah they’re the best and treat customers well, do not be rash and judge a book by its cover come see for yourself

This is the best hookah lounge, A top 10 of amazing vibes and music if you’re not a hookah fan no problem! They still give you amazing fast service & its so much fun! Highly recommend server; Irvin! He's so great & always keep the vibes fun all night!

Great atmosphere great service and vibes all around. From the bouncers at the door to the owner to the staff and deejays it’s nothing but smiles and positivity all around.
