One of my favorite smoke shops. They recently hired a new guy by name of Nikita and he has been one of the most helpful employees. Great customer service and great prices.

The workers in this place are not welcoming. Always rushing you to check out. Seem to have an issue if you want to look around before you purchase. Also two diff times with two diff workers they had an attitude towards my dog being there with several comments towards it without saying hes not allowed or a sign up about dogs. My dog is very well behaved and small (weighs 12 lbs). He just stands there with me but for some reason the presence makes these people agitated. Honestly I think they’re just agitated working there as the customer service always comes with an attitude. It’s a shame because this is my neighborhood and I could’ve been a regular. Last time I buy there, I tried again, but every time I walk in here I’m made to feel uncomfortable in this store.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The seller had a horrible attitude the entire time and spoke to me like I was stupid just for asking simple questions. Instead of being helpful or respectful, he came off rude, condescending, and impatient. Customers should not be treated that way, especially when they’re spending money at your business. There are plenty of other smoke shops with better prices and much better service. I won’t be returning.
