I’ve been going to habibi for a couple of weeks now, and I love the service that I get from my waitress, miracle and Andreas they are super attentive and take care of all my needs. The food is amazing. The Hookah is exceptional. I’ll be coming back at least three times a week. Thank you Habibi.

The establishment has a great atmosphere, a relaxing environment, and the daytime staff consistently provide excellent customer service. In particular, the Dominican gentleman on the day shift is always friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, my experiences during the night shift have been very different. Specifically, an employee named Miracle has displayed poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude on multiple occasions. I have visited several times in the evening and have consistently received unfriendly service and a negative attitude. Customer service should remain consistent regardless of the shift or employee on duty. While the daytime team does an excellent job, the repeated issues during the night shift negatively affect the overall customer experience and could impact the business’s reputation.
I had a great experience at Habibi lounge. There was no wait to be seated, all the sections were large, and the service was fast. The hookah was ready less than five minutes after I ordered it and they were generous with coal changes. The couches are comfy and you will enjoy the atmosphere.
I have been to many hookah lounges and appreciate a good long lasting hookah. Habibis offers great hookah and a delectable philly cheese steak sandwich. I initially came here to study and made some friends along the way. Now they cant get rid of me.
This place used to be the absolute best place to go to. A hang out spot, I would bring every person that came in from out of town. Habibis was a staple for us. Since new ownership has taken over, I can confidently say I have hated every experience here. The service is bad, we are asking for coal repeatedly, it would take an hour to get a shisha. I was refused service for having a cookie from the neighboring coffee shop. The spot closes at 3 and the hookah was taken at 2:40. They now charge to use the board games. Ignoring their customers, intentionally play music louder gradually to keep us from having conversation. We have been coming here for years but recently, the entire vibe has shifted and no one wants to come back. I would hate to see the downfall of such a great establishment be at the hands of one new manager. I hope the owner really sees the severity of what is happening to habibis.
