I have been a customer of this shop for years and I could not be happier. Great customer service! Very well located and they are always bringing in new merchandise for their customers. Hands down a classy operation.

All I can say is wow. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location and just found out who they really are. As a courtesy, I call 15 minutes before they close to let them know I’ll be arriving 5+ minutes before closing. The person on the phone then tells me they are closing already. I confirm with them that closing time is 7pm and asked if it’s okay if they honored their closing time since I’m already on the way and will 100% arrive 5 minutes before closing. They said no they are closing the store. I mentioned leaving a review about the closing time so people know, and they simply say fine and hang up. Great service!

Was looking to try a new Vape with little to no nicotine to break my habit. The gentleman who is in there showed me what he had available and I picked one that was strawberry banana. It was very harsh and tasted nothing like it. He told me to hold on and he would help me. After helping another customer I showed him another one I wanted to try instead. he was going to charge me double for it. I advised him I wasn't going to keep the other one and he said that he couldn't take it back because I didn't like the flavor. I advised him the flavor didn't taste as described on the package. All he said was sorry and thats it. Horrible product and horrible customer service

Great customer service I had a problem recently with two bundles of cigars and Daniella took very good care of me she took my complaint to the manufacturer and they gifted me cigars with an apology. I have been buying my cigars here for a few years now and Daniella has made several improvements and has increased her inventory. I recommend Tobacco4less to all my friends.

2.6.23. UPDATE: In response, i know it's family owned. I've bought from you for years. Always snooty with me. Yesterday was king. Maybe you don't like some people. Neat, clean and snooty. Nice stuff. Staff, at least two, are so snooty when asked questions.
