I’ve been vaping for many many years. Never in my LIFE have I returned to the same place for years (since they opened & I moved to Broward). When I tell you, every staff member leaves a positive impression on their customer, they DO. They’re knowledgeable, kind, PATIENT as heck. Shawn is a legend in every way. If I am going on a trip, I purposely stock up on Vapes from them so I never have to enter another Vape store. I seriously cherish the staff here. Running in and out of there weekly for the last few years is always a highlight when they encourage me to try something new. If I could put them on a billboard of “Please Go there” it would be this business. In a world full of impatient, rude people, this is a hidden gem of positive energy and folks who care. Please go see them and you will experience it for yourself. Thank you guys 🩷

Moved to Davie 3 years ago and been coming to Arcane ever since. The employees truly want the customer to be 100% satisfied and they are very knowledgeable. They are open late and almost always have what im looking for. I just left Arcane 5 minutes ago, tonight was a rare night where my go-to product is not in stock (they said tomorrow or next day it would be back.) the owner happened to have a few very similar products and he offered me one of them on the house to keep me happy until the regular product was back in stock…truly a great store but the thing that really shines are the people that work at Arcane. Thank you guys!

This is the best vape place in south florida hands down! Always friendly and helpful and theres always some deal going on. Cant beat it!

I love this vape shop, it is very well organized and the employees are very knowledgeable and kind. The rewards program is something I havent seen elsewhere, it was a genius idea. This store really cares about it's customers and it shows.

Excellent service!!! First time Vape customer and bought a unit to get started. The unit had a minor issue and the store (Shawn) addressed it and included the part for the fix for frée. I have found my go-to store for all future Vape needs and highly recommend this store...
