It’s been a journey. Long story short let’s thank Big Mike, sweet young lady, & the GM. I had a terrible first experience at the bar. Nice nasty bartender, who was upset about my 1$ tip. But lasting impressions are everything and our last encounter out a bad taste in my mouth. Literally. The GM apologized on her behalf, but hire friendly staff and I wouldn’t be leaving such review. Bartender made a comment, “if you leave 1$, your next service is going to be shitty.” And since I’ve returned service has been absolutely pure shit. Can’t catch a vibe. Pretty establishment though.

I’m local here in Jacksonville and work remote, so I try to get out at least once a week — and honestly, Cigar International has become my therapy spot. I usually stop by for one or two cigars (my go-to is the Deadwood Crazy Alice), grab a drink at the bar, and just unwind. The crew always takes great care of me, and they make one of the best French 75s in Jacksonville — especially with Hendrick’s. I also love trying some of the spirits they feature or have on special. Wednesdays are more low-key with trivia nights, Thursdays bring the DJ and a little more energy, and weekends definitely get busier. But if you’re looking for an open, relaxed place to enjoy cigars, music, drinks, and good vibes, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly recommend.

An awesome place for the serious cigar person or someone who is new to the cigar life. Wonderful atmosphere and very knowledgeable staff. A bar on the premises is a big bonus. Nightlife there is a great vibe.

From the moment I arrived, the complimentary valet service immediately set the tone for a polished, first-class experience — smooth, professional, and convenient. The exterior and interior design both give off that modern-lodge feel, balancing rustic warmth with refined comfort. You can tell this space was designed for people who appreciate the art of relaxation, conversation, and quality cigars. Inside, the humidor selection was impressive — broad, well-organized, and featuring premium brands suited for all levels of aficionados. However, being a professional reviewer, I tend to notice subtleties in atmosphere, and I have to say the vibrational frequency of the staff behind the cigar counter didn’t match the energy of the environment. There was a sense of disconnect — not negative in a harsh way, but energetically off. A smile, genuine enthusiasm, or a bit more engagement would have harmonized the experience perfectly. Fortunately, that minor dip was completely overpowered by what came next. I decided to take a seat at the bar, where I was served by Adriana, and the entire tone of the evening shifted. She was genuinely exceptional — personable, highly attentive, knowledgeable about both drinks and cigars, and carried herself with a kind of intuitive grace that is rare to find in hospitality today. Her energy elevated the entire atmosphere around her and made me feel like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. The drinks were crafted with precision and presented beautifully. I had two smoked Long Branch bourbons, each with a presentation that was simply superb — aromatic, smooth, and visually stunning. I followed that with two gingerbread whiskey sours, which struck the perfect balance between spice, sweetness, and warmth — absolutely seasonal perfection. To finish, I enjoyed two caramel coffees topped with top-shelf whiskey, each one smooth, creamy, and indulgent enough to rival a five-star restaurant dessert pairing. For cigar lovers, I highly recommend pairing your drinks with the Plasencia Alma Fuerte — a complex, refined smoke with remarkable depth — or, if you’re sharing the evening, the Leather Rose Petite Corona is an excellent choice for your significant other. It offers a subtly sweet, aromatic profile that complements the evening beautifully. Between the exceptional cocktails, Adrianna’s five-star service, and the overall ambiance of the establishment, this visit truly became one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in Jacksonville. What began as a slightly mixed energy in the humidor turned into a genuinely memorable evening of relaxation, connection, and refined indulgence. If management continues to invest in staff training to align the energy behind the counter with the high-caliber experience of the bar, Cigars International Superstore could easily stand as the gold standard of cigar lounges in Florida. A rare combination of atmosphere, craftsmanship, and service. Five stars — without hesitation.

The atmosphere is premier!!! Televisions around every corner. Great staff, great conversations, great coffee, and I’m sure great cigars/drinks. I haven’t gotten the full experience yet, but look forward to it.
