The store is one of the best smoke vape shops I’ve been in. It’s very clean and all the products are very high-quality and top-of-the-line. I highly recommend it to anybody traveling to smoke shops.

I tried to buy a lighter with no price tag. Lo and behold, it wasn't in their system. So the store's inventory and pricing are broken. Fair enough, mistakes happen. But here's where it went wrong: the employee, citing the late hour, couldn't get a supervisor to help. His solution? Guess a price. When I noted these are $4-$5 elsewhere, he wouldn't budge from $6, claiming "that's what his brain told him." The real issue: Why am I paying for their store's operational failure? The lack of a tag and a system entry is their problem. The inability to escalate it is their problem. The employee should have erred on the side of the customer, not arbitrarily picked a higher number. If the true price was $4, I was overcharged by 50% due to no fault of my own. This felt less like a transaction and more like being taken advantage of. It is the principle that bothers me—never mind the money—it was never about that. In retrospect, I hope the employee can understand why this wasn't right and why they need to do better next time anything like this comes up. There are smoke shops every other block, after all. I give this store 2 stars for being open late, which is convenient.

5/5 would recommend. I come here at least once every two days. Thomas behind that counter always greets me when I walk in, very helpful with whatever I'm looking for and if im having an issue with anything I buy from there he helps me out always.

Been shopping here for a few years, great shop, friendly and knowledgeable staff, large selection of vapes, and they just dropped prices which is great with gas being so high
