Cloud 9 on San Jose and Addie Rd. is a top notch store. The employees are very helpful, considerate, and take as much time as you need to find what you are looking for. Most importantly their prices are lower than most and very competitive. You will surely have a pleasant experience there. 👍

This is my go to disposable vape store. The same person was working Each time I've gone. I just recently found out I do not in fact have 20/20 vision anymore, part of aging, and the same gentleman working has been very helpful in letting me know what different products they have, because they are kept behind the counter and I can't read the labels. The 2nd thing I really love about this store, is that every disposable vape I've purchased from them so far is legit. Not some counterfeit product. Personally I like the Lost Mary vapes, and they have a 3 point verification system. Every product bought here has passed all 3 points each time. They have a wide variety and knowledgeable, helpful employees ready for you. Pricing is the 3rd focus point in my review. I really like Lost Mary MO20000. I tried going to Mandarin Smoke and Vape right around the corner, and they're charging 27.99 for this vape. Cloud9 is charging 19.99. I also really appreciated that the gentleman working asked if I wanted to try the product prior to leaving the store to ensure I had a good quality product. I was going to do that either way, but that just shows and proves they are clearly confident in the product they sell. You've got a loyal customer Cloud9. Thank you for your excellent service, customer care, and kindness. You guys rock!

Great store with quality vapes. I just tried the fruit cove vape shop ( due to convenience) and was very disappointed. I'll be sticking with Cloud 9 from now on. Everyone I have dealt with at Cloud 9 has been great.
