First of call, let me shout out Connor for being amazing because he's the entire reason I drove from Riverside in a truck without working AC on a 90 degree day. I first called ahead to make sure the location was open but I got no answer, so I hung up and didn't think anything of it. Next thing I know, I'm getting a call back from Connor that he was sorry he missed picking up the phone. That level of customer service in a time where the systems that say you'll get a call back don't follow through is impressive and so appreciated. Once I finally made it, after skirting around accident traffic, Connor let me pick his knowledgeable brain, graciously helped me with my shopping, and even let me vent a little. It felt like we became friends by the time I left. The store itself is very sleek and modern yet inviting. They have everything you need, and have tons of product knowledge, great service, friendly people, and great prices. Here's an example, yesterday I went in there and I was inquiring about the flavor on the vape called 50 bar which are really good ( the best I've ever had and the only ones I'll vape anymore) they've got a blueberry and a strawberry cake, donut cake one that is amazing. Anyways, I was asking about another flavor and he didn't really know what it would taste like so he googled it for me and told me all the ingredients and specifications of the flavor and I thought that was really cool cuz no one else had out of her offered that.
