I am a memebr of 4-9 San Antonio so when i came in i had high expectations. I was greeted by Alexis and Kam who provided me exceptional customer services and walked me around the humidor. They explained their membership program and their prices are one of a kind. All the above will make sure I return on my next trip!

Kamryn and Alexis provided exceptional customer service during my visit. They took the time to show me around the cigar bar, made great recommendations, and consistently checked in while I enjoyed the basketball game. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made for an outstanding experience. Highly recommend! Looking forward to becoming a member there

First time visiting this location and I must say the atmosphere was laid-back and clean, with a real cigar lounge vibe from the moment you walk through the doors. The ventilation was on point as well, and the overall setup made it easy for me to relax and enjoy my smoke without being overcome by smoke. The tobacconist, Alexis was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect cigar based on what I liked and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She even changed the tv to my preferred basketball game. Definitely one of the best lounges I’ve been to in Jacksonville. I’ll be back for sure. 💯

Didn’t plan on stopping by, but this cigar lounge has always been special to me. I was one of the Day ones. Alexis is doing bingo tonight. The vibe is awesome. Great cigar establishment in Jacksonville. So glad I stopped by! A fantastic experience - plenty of comfortable seating options! The humidor is packed. And it a little bit of #Perdomo heaven! Huge selection - must see and try! Came back later in the week for the special Perdomo Event with Sam from Perdomo! The service is the best - Robin was wonderful - totally going above and beyond! She is a tremendous asset! Also met Brandon - a true gentleman. Can’t forget Aaron - the bearded aficionado- helpfulness with a smile! Love the vibe.
