One of the best places to go until today, Worst place I have ever been. I don’t mind being carded if you are going to be fair about it. I come here on a regular get my meds and leave. Today around 8 I walk in get my usual or so and than he literally waited till I got my order ready to say he needed to see my ID smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ now mind you I watched him help several others and not once did he ask for ID from any of them. I forgot my book bag and said can I show u a pic he say no my Wife go get hers and he stills deny us service. I don’t see how this is fair service especially since I have never had trouble coming in here before. If you gonna card, than card everyone cause there was others in the store and not once did he ask for ID and I am watching them purchase tobacco products and all. They don’t have to worry about me coming back. If MUV would have been open I would have just went there. Be careful when shopping here, they have poor customer service. My Response: I wrote the date and time, i have chronic neuropathy was already hurting. I posted yesterday Sunday, 24th and I said it happened around 8. I wouldn't have cared if everyone else in their would have been carded. No one else was i watched. My wife had her physical ID she went back in there and he still denied selling to her. I left home forgot my bookbag i even offered to show him a picture he said no. He told my wife he only card groups and since I couldn't show mines he wasnt selling anything to her 🙄 how the heck we always come in here together. She was trying to get me something to hold till I can go to the shop I have a medical card, I jus had complications leaving home. So I didn't make it before they closed. I offered a picture of both my driver license my medical card to show proof of age. You can sit here and defend your shop all you want, but I have never been anywhere and treated like that. He literally waited until we picked out everything we needed than say I need ID thats rude ur suppose to ask before hand, if you are going to require it dont wait till you physically help someone than say ID when we get ready to pay but everyone before and after us wasn't carded. I even let a lady who came in after us go before me cause I was still looking he gave her a full order no ID. Again I don't care about requiring an ID but he was rude and unfair about the whole situation. My wife had her ID and he still told her NO than to say you card groups smh 🤦 She went back in alone i stayed in the car and he still said no.

I would've paid 1.35 more for a product I get everywhere else for cheaper. I didn't pay based on principle. The smoke shops with greedy owners that upcharge just because they're the only one in the area are terrible. Thankfully I was able to make it to another shop in time before closing and paid regular price. Do better.

I recently stopped by this store, and let me just say I will NEVER return. I wasn’t greeted, but instead was told by the cashier to remove my mask. They don’t allow mask in the store. Literally was wearing a mask, so I didn’t expose others to my germs. It wasn’t a shiesty, but a surgical mask. Her tone, and attitude super poor!

This store is a rip off. They have items with price on package and charge a higher price. They also have an item that is clearly marked with 5 quantity in package and selling them as singles. Definitely do not recommend doing business at this location.

TO BE CLEAR I DIDNT HAVE MY CAR REASON WHY I HAD THE BAG IN THE FIRST PLACE! Went in while my car was being serviced. (Not a crack head) im dressed down professionally dressed. I have a 1200 MacBook inside No thank you! Said ill stand right at the register took my bag off put it on the ground. Not enough! Not leaving my 1k plus MacBook out of arms reach for a 6 dollar drink no thank you!
