I've been in here once before to buy a stem. Came in here yesterday to buy a banger. Started to heat it up and I heard a pop and it broke. Called and they refuse to give me an exchange which honestly is pretty garbage business practices considering I bought it yesterday and didn't even get to use it once. Crappy product. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Too add to it employees are unfriendly and never smiled at us once. The shop is eerily quiet. Bad vibes. I should have known better than to shop at this junky place.

Great atmosphere, Great people, very competitive prices. I have been using this shop ever since I've been in San Mateo (5+yrs) given other shops benefit of doubt B/C of my job requires travel but now I'll just stock up beforehand should B hailed BSSJ (Best Smoke Shop of Jax) If your rolling through I wouldn't pass it up w/o a pit stop here

Cute little shop with a lot of cool items. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love the atmosphere and will definitely be coming back.
