No matter what questions I have, she’s always patient, helpful, and knows exactly what she’s talking about. What really sets Lauren apart is her energy. She is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit a great experience. You can tell she cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to help everyone who walks through the door. Because of Lauren, this has become my favorite smoke shop and, in my opinion, the best smoke shop around. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Lauren delivers it every single time. The employee our great but that had a point system for 100 point you get 5 dollars off and then with no warning they moved it to 500 point for the same 5 dollars off I understand that a business have to be profitable but no warning. I have to go were I can get a better bang for my buck
