To who ever ownes this shop. I want to let you know your employee's are the best. They always make me feel welcome. They always try to keep my vamp in stock if the cant they always recommend something similar.I moved an hour away and I stop by once a month and stock up. This is the only place I get my vapes from. I stopped by tonight to infact I have been coming in for so long he already grabbed my box of vapes before I got to the register. Best customer service always. Thanks

I'm a new customer to this shop when I walked in I was asked if I can help you minutes later a gentleman walks in he get the Royale treatment now granted he was a regular probably but my thing is all customer deserve the same type of energy no matter race gender or otherwise and for me a new customer should have the same treatment because I thought the name of the game was repeat business I always give a business second chance we will see because smoke shops are like the customer they serve there are plenty in duval county. I went back so if you all familiar with the area I live in scarlet oaks about a quarter of a mile from this smoke shop instead of driving i walk good exercise but when I get to the shop I feel rushed I'm looking at all the vapes trying to decide I was asked If i need any help I politely said no sir 3 minutes later I was asked again do I need any help I'm a cheif mate on my ship I was going to purchase a few of them to hold me over on my next out for a couple of months but feeling rushed I just got the one I normally get and got out of there on to the next in the future do better let people look every one should be over 21 and I think they would know how to ask for help. Went back today was going to Publix on my exercise walk. Decided to give this establishment another opportunity because I didn't belive they were all bad and who I believe to be the owner did not disappoint. All a person want to know is that a business appreciate there customer and with that 5 star they proved that today

I always come here for all my smoking needs. Sammy is super friendly and always helps me out whenever I come in, and the prices are very fair. I have never had a bad experience here, and any questions I have are always answered so I can make an informed decision. They have a wide selection of glass and silicon pieces to suit everyone's needs, a long with tons of different styles and types of pens.

Wow, such a great place. Lots of free stuff too. The lady that works there is the coolest ever! Not to mention the two groovy dudes that run that joint! Gummies are a favorite there also. Such a outasight place. Sometimes I like to loiter outside just to meet the people going in. Matter of fact I think I'm going to make my way up there right now and hang out for a while.

Been coming here since I turned 18 and I'm 33 (2025). The prices are very fair and have a large selection. They appreciate your business and treat the regulars well also. 10/10
