This place is a joke!!! The girl working here said she works here for 7 months. Could not tell me a price on anything!! Not to mention the moment a few guys walked in. She stopped checking us out, put our things in a bag and started talking the guys about her personal life. She was very rude and so was the guy with the pot holes in his face. I left. I will not be back here.

I had such a great experience at this smoke shop! The shop itself is clean, well-organized, and has a wide variety of products at really fair prices. But what really stood out to me was the customer service. Kassie was amazing. super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions. She went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even gave me a few great recommendations. It’s rare to find staff that genuinely care about the customers, but Kassie definitely does. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends!

This is hands down the best smoke shop in town! Every time I stop by, the vibe is welcoming and relaxed. Kassie especially makes the experience great. she’s super helpful, easy to talk to, and always knows her stuff. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time in, she makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Great products, great prices, and awesome service. Definitely my go-to spot!

They worked with me so that I could get a dab pen, the Sea Horse 2.0 is so versatile that I can use it as a vape pen or a dab pen and can use it on almost any form of medicine that is available, it’s my most used tool for smoking my meds. They were unbelievable in the way that they worked with me so that I could afford to get one, I can’t thank them enough, you will not be disappointed at all!!!

Kassie is amazing! She’s always so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient every time I come in. She really takes the time to explain products and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. Her customer service is top-notch and she makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Seaglass Smoke Shop is an amazing place to go!
