As a common customer of the store, I find that Andy what he said his name was, but I do not believe this the young man who is Arab and has switched over here often has AirPods in and on his phone. He is extremely rude extremely disrespectful. he is Middle Eastern so I’d really truly do not believe this is his name but if it is, he’s extremely unhelpful and does not deserve your money. If you work hard for your money, please do not give it to this company or this franchise as somebody who actually owns multiple of these franchise please do not spend here.

Just came to the Night Vibes smoke shop when they said they open at 9 they also have their open sign on and yet they’re not open. Definitely don’t come early bcuz they don’t open when they say they’re supposed to. LMAO will not be coming here ever.

Great customer service, huge variety! This smoke shop is hands down the best in the area. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Whether you're looking for vapes, cigars, glass pieces, or rolling papers – they’ve got it all. Everything is well-organized and the prices are fair. Highly recommend checking them out!

Hands-downs the girl who works on the weekday helped my son got the best vape. She is extremely polite and helpful. Forgot to ask her name though. Best smoke shop in Jacksonville. Thank you for helping me and my son.

This has become my go-to shop. Other shops I previously purchased from did a terrible job keeping enough inventory on the shelves, so I was generally left picking up a vape I wasn’t as happy with. On top of this, I realized the other shops I was choosing charged $3-$5 more for each vape, which definitely adds up. I come here, they always have what I need, at a good price, and the staff is very friendly! Cant really ask for more.
