Vivian was really nice and helpful! She had great customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. She was friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. Definitely had a good experience at Smoke Bucks on New Berlin. I’ll definitely be back the store has hell of cool stuff to look at too.

The worker behind the counter, she’s awesome. Treated everyone fairly and with the same respect. She’s my new go to when I can’t get to the dispensary. The last place was the total opposite and then tried to make me feel like I was delusional after complaining about the service. Here everything was done properly ID asked from everyone and before service was given. I don’t mind being asked when done properly. I can’t help I look like a dang teenager. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️

The staff here is beyond amazing. I order deliveries on the app usually, and they always call if something is out of stock and make sure I get the right stuff. There’s always sweet stuff written on the bag. When I go in they’re always very kind. One time my delivery order didn’t get picked up and so they delivered it themselves. Top notch. Highly recommend. (The app is called probucks, and yes they deliver to most areas of jax).

Smokebucks New Berlin is awesome. They always have everything I am looking for from the foger vapes (highly recommend) to other items that help with all kinds of ailments. Also, RJ is always very helpful and has a cool beard. 😎
