I recently visited Trio Lounge and had an absolutely phenomenal experience, and it was entirely thanks to our server, Karina. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, incredibly attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. She checked in at all the right moments without being overbearing and anticipated exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. Karina's positive energy, professionalism, and top tier hospitality completely elevated the evening. If you are heading to Trio Lounge, do yourself a favor and ask to be seated in her section. Five stars all the way! I will definitely be coming back!

Karina was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. She kept our drinks flowing, made sure our hookah stayed fresh, and checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive. The food came out great, and her friendly, positive energy made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who can juggle drinks, hookah, and food service so seamlessly while still making every guest feel special. Karina truly went above and beyond, and she was a big reason we had such a great time. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her every time! Highly recommend Karina if you want top-notch service and an unforgettable experience! ❤️🔥💨🍹

Great hookah spot with a really relaxed atmosphere. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and well prepared, and the place itself was clean and comfortable. Our server, Kareena, really made the experience better—she was friendly, attentive, and checked in at the right times without being intrusive. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having a good time. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend, especially if Kareena is taking care of you.

Trio Hookah Lounge is amazing! The hookah is top-notch — they make their own special blends, and every one we tried was smooth and flavorful. The food was surprisingly delicious too, not your typical lounge bites. We loved it so much we came back three times during our trip! Great vibe, great service, and definitely worth visiting. We will be back soon.
