They never have the flavor that I need and I just had surgery and sent my sister in with a picture of what I wanted .I wanted a rechargeable geek bar kit with a refill ok she showed them the Pic of what she wanted I open them and I have a throw away geek bar with a lost angel refill I didnt want either one so I call them guess what sorry about your luck u opened them even though I have my receipt too bad. So I have found another place to get my vape needs where they aren't so stoned that they actually know what they are doing .Will never go back to that stupid place again. I gave them a 1 star only because it doesn't go any lower. They are more concerned about the almighty dollar than the customer at all.🤬i mean what the heck am I suppose to do with these 2 things ive spent almost $100 dollars trying to get them to give me the right frigging thing you shouldn't be working there if you dont know what the hell you are doing and the owner doesn't care either he just wants your money.The Hell with the customer

Amazing store. Everyone will go out of their way to help you. The dark haired female is wonderful. They recently added some new employees,the younger white male with glasses is extra friendly and remembers most people by name.

I purchased a bag of tobacco this morning came home to all these cigarettes and it is so dry it won't roll it just crumbles when I called the store they didn't know what to do about it Mr puffer's owner called me I would like me to bring what I bought in and he would exchange it for me which was very considerate and I appreciate him and I will continue to visit his shop on a monthly basis

WORST smoke shop I’ve ever been to hands down. Very rude. Not knowledgeable whatsoever. These people are charging way too much for what the products are. I will NEVER be back there again. I recommend everyone to Supreme Smoke Shop right down the road that’s brand new. The products are far better than their products. Mr Puffers vapes are fake for sure. The THC is horrible. They also tried selling me stuff under the counter that’s not legal. Beware of seller everyone. Prices are different every time I’ve been there. Owner: get new employees that actually care. Worst experience ever 💯
