Bought cigars...another of them! Loved going into the humidor. The woman there was extremely helpful in educating us since we knew nothing about Cigars! Ended up with 3 large mild beauties for the Groom and his best man and son AND Grape flavored cigars for a bunch of us. Yum!

I am a pipe smoker and that being said there's only a couple of pipe tobacco brands they carry and they are on the low end. I wish they had the availability to order tins or other brands, but I was told that they do not. The staff is pleasant and apologetic about the selection. I'd much rather spend my money at a local business, but it looks like I'll have to revert to ordering online as there aren't any other options in my area. Even the selection of accessories is a bit bare. Perhaps the market in this area isn't great, but offering the ability to order products and have them shipped to the store would certainly make me a loyal customer.

Excellent selection of cigars and Terry is the absolute best! My only complaint is that she's been relocated from the Winter Haven store. She's knowledgeable, and cares about her customers.

We were visiting family and I stopped in to check them out. It's a solid cigar shop. The humidor is clean, well lit, and organized. If you are looking for some unique small boutique cigar, you probably aren't going to find it here, but they have quite a decent variety of some great cigars from the top makers in the industry. The young lady running the store during my visit was friendly, polite, and helpful. I will visit them again when I'm in Lake Wales.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Excellent prices.
