Vapor Fi is horrible, Seems like no live operators . I've called was placed on hold for 40 min where I left my # for them to call me back. They never did . This has happened twice. I wanted to change my order to make it over night and was not allowed to , I called a your phila store who told me he could not and would not help me . Started to tell me i could be arrested cause I am not suppose to order vapor due to NJ laws . This Company used to be decent but when it takes them 3 days to process an order that they say its shipped but USPS just received your order This Company SUCKS in Customer service

Ordered from this company waited a week tracking has not updated called the company ask them why it has not shipped was told they were investigating me for fraud which I don't understand how because the money came out of my account and was paid to them told me they couldn't help me and basically said they were not going to do anything about it like I wasn't going to get my product very sketchy I feel like this is more of a scam than a real business stay far away I don't understand how I could be fraud if my payment cleared out of my bank account.

These people are charging my credit card for purchases.. NEVER have I visited them before. Impossible to get through to a representative. Filing a fraud claim.
