The service here is simply outstanding, consistently excellent every single day. I’ve had the chance to be attended by almost the entire staff, and each experience has been the same attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely impressive. The owner is always present, making sure everything runs perfectly and that every guest feels taken care of. You’re paying for a high end experience, and that’s exactly what you get from the atmosphere to the service and the quality of the products. I would come back again and again. I’d absolutely love to become a member if that’s an option.

I had an amazing experience at Cigar Club Miami. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxed, and perfect whether you’re a seasoned cigar smoker or just getting into the culture. The selection of cigars is excellent and the lounge itself is always comfortable and well-kept. A special shoutout to Andrea, who truly made the experience stand out. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to help you find the perfect cigar. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and the experience everyone has there. Her recommendations have been spot on every time. If you’re in Miami and enjoy cigars, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Great cigars, great atmosphere, and even better people. I’m always looking forward to my next visit!

This place is the freaking spot!!!! Always a good vibe, Andrea keeps the drinks flowing and makes the best cigar recs. I love this place for a chill night out and even to just sit alone and read. I will be coming here for as long as it's open!

Place with the perfect atmosphere and cigar selection, I chose an Opus X Hemingway, which was in excellent condition. I came back the next day and left with a box of Templo de Oro. I’m about to leave the U.S., but I think if I ever return here, I’ll definitely visit this cigar club again.
