Beautiful Lounge. Plenty of room and TVs. Super Clean. Nice selection of cigars. "Dede" gave AMAZING customer service, was always cleaning and attentive.

Had to schlep my daughter and her friend to Miami to see a concert and found this cigar lounge near the venue. Had three hours to kill so I stopped in to watch the World Cup and really like the place. Dee Dee was fantastic, super attentive and very knowledgeable. Full bar and a huge humidor with some very high Fuente and Davidoff selections.

City Cigar Lounge is a great, laid-back spot with an inviting atmosphere. We traveled from Ohio to Miami, and this was one of the places we made sure to visit—and it definitely didn't disappoint! Anthony greeted us as soon as we walked in and provided some of the best customer service we've experienced. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a cigar with excellent service, I highly recommend City Cigar Lounge. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Miami! Definitely one the nicest cigar lounges in Miami. I’ll start first with the service - the delightful DeDe. Maybe the best person I have met working at a cigar lounge in the last 10 years! She is amazing!!! Her knowledge and dedication is top tier! She welcomed everyone with warmth and made all feel special. She is a true asset and treasure - do not let her go! The selection of cigars was plentiful and the options for drinks was endless. Definitely need to visit when in Miami!

Hands down, this is the best cigar lounge I’ve ever been to—anywhere in the world! The owner is fortunate to have Dede and Tisha working here; I’ve never met kinder or more welcoming people. They helped me select a great cigar, cut and lit it for me, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their service was attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly. The lounge itself is fantastic—cozy, comfortable, and relaxed, with both indoor and outdoor seating. There are plenty of TVs so you can watch whatever you like while you enjoy your cigar and drinks. If you’re ever in Miami, you must stop by this place—it’s truly the best cigar bar I’ve ever experienced. I’ll definitely be back!
