If I can give the Smoke Shop a zero star, I would walked in to buy a yo can battery before walking out noticed it was the incorrect one. Told the gentleman I would like to exchange it for a different one, and I was willing to pay the difference and told me I cannot do that. No returns or exchanges. I completely understand if I would’ve walked out of the store and came back in to exchange it, but did not even step foot out of the door as a business owner myself, customer satisfaction should be main priority oh yeah, and not to mention, they do not have a sign that says no returns or exchanges only on the receipt so you’re screwed if you buy something and it is not what you wanted

Great service and top-quality products! I came in looking for something natural to help with anxiety, and ET was super helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended the CBD + CBG drops and I’m already feeling the difference—more calm, more focused, and no side effects. This specific smoke shop always Comes in clutch. They’re open 365 days a year untill 1 AM. I’ve met Quite a few of the employees, and they’re all very pleasant to deal with. One employee named, E.T., should be the front man of the company. He’s very patient while you explain what you need. He is also extremely knowledgeable on all of the available products. I wanted to make sure he was recognized for all the times he has helped me.
