JJ IS AMAZING! AND A WONDERFULLY PLEASANT PERSON AND SMILE YOU LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING WHEN YOU SHOP HERE!! Ive been coming here for years. I had recently had a bit of a bad experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. And I wrote a review detailing that experience. Google does not allow you to leave another review once youve left one before. So I gladly erased the old one as I had come back and had the pleasure of meeting JJ, the general manager of the Palmetto Bay location. She May also be the manager/GM over their other locations aswell. However I do not know this for certain. Either way she was incredibly kind, inviting, caring and even apologetic about the experience I had dealt with prior. In a short visit she made the experience awesome. Very knowledgeable, very informative and you can tell she genuinely takes pride in her work. World of vape is lucky to have such an employee and team member on their staff. She single handedly erased any concern about coming back. And is the reason I will continue my loyalty and patronage to this location and company. She deserves a kudos from her employer and a raise if you ask me. And I do not say things like this lightly. As a person who works in the customer service industry I greatly appreciate people like her. This is the kind of coworker you want and hope for. And the kind of service you long for as a patron to any establishment. Especially in a city like Miami where it can be tough to come across the type of genuine customer service she provides and the pleasure that comes along with someone who isn’t just there to work the job but to provide an enjoyable and appreciated visit to the customers who frequent this establishment. Thank you JJ for being kind, welcoming and awesome. You secured a continued repeat customer in me!

Awful experience. We bought a vape for $30, walked out of the store, and immediately realized it wouldn’t even turn on. When we went back inside, the employee initially refused to exchange it, even though we had literally just purchased it. He eventually exchanged it, but the replacement only worked briefly before completely stopping too. We called the store to explain what happened, and all we got was basically, “Oh man, sorry to hear that,” with no attempt to help or resolve the issue. We wasted $30 on a defective product and received terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money here.

Had such a great experience at this smoke shop! Yas was amazing—super friendly, patient, and really took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. They were really knowledgeable about all the products and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

When I first came to this shop, I was greeted by Yaz. I want to say she was an excellent individual and I say that not because of her professionalism doing her job but more so it was a pleasure having her assist me with what I was looking for as well as what she recommended. I am a disabled individual and it was a pleasure the feeling of her treating me like a normal individual and as well as her pleasant interaction with me and towards me. She is a blessing to your shop and I'm glad to have interacted with someone like her cause I felt welcomed. Thank you Yaz. You are appreciated..

Great place to find whatever you need. The service is always great and they take care to help out with anything you may need, inclusive recommendations to make it easy for you. Daniela was really good this time during my visit. Like always, first place to visit when needed.
