This establishment consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Both this location and their Fort Lauderdale counterpart are truly impressive. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to provide thoughtful recommendations whenever I’m selecting cigars for. Their guidance never misses. The level of service here is both professional and personalized, which keeps me coming back.

I had a great experience!! I bought a humidor that was on display and a couple cigars. I was prepared to spend a decent amount of money because I know what humidors go for. Eric told me to sit tight for a bit that they were possibly working on finding a discount code. I wasn’t expecting this so it was very nice. Eric hooked it up with a 20% discount code and gave me some friendly tips on how to set up the humidor. 10/10 recommend coming here if you are in the Kendall area. The shop is big and loaded with cigars!

last week I stopped by Neptune and it was the first time shopping for my own cigar, I’ve usually only smoked what my family and friends have given to me so I was not sure what I was looking for. Lucky for me Joe attended me and was very patient and helped me pick out a cigar for me to enjoy when my daughter was born. His recommendation was spot on what I was looking for in a cigar. Because of the pleasant experience I decided to visit again and pick up a couple cigars to enjoy for my birthday today and for this weekend. Joe was working again today and he asked me how I enjoyed the cigar last week and made some new recommendations for me to try. He also helped me register as a member so I can keep track of the different cigars I’ve tried and to collect reward points. Super happy with the service Joe provided. And the location is beautiful with plenty of options.

A great and knowledgeable staff that area friendly and helpful in selecting cigars. Their stock is good and always have something to try. The lounge is great offering comfort and always great group of people to talk to

Everyone was super helpful! I planned a Havana Nights themed party and when I came to here, they went above and beyond to help me so that my vision for a cigar bar came to life! Thank you so much. Definitely recommending this place to my friends.
