If you aren’t satisfied with a product that was recommended to you by one of the clerks (a product which isn’t the one you usually get), they will not refund you or at least offer a courtesy discount. I have spent hundreds of dollars here and while the products that I usually buy there are of quality the customer service is lacking. Even at one of my old dispensaries where I was doing MMJ they would replace items and or give you in store credit no questions asked. Also, went there today to let this be known and present clerk had sass. Yikes.

Went in for the first time to go buy a vape and see there deals I asked questions in regards of the fume vape they had on sell to see why it was so low and if had issues the worker was so uninterested and had no care in telling me about the product and just simply answered “ I don’t know “ the lack of customer service was shocking dude did not care to help or inform me sucks knowing they have someone that doesn’t know there products. The fume vape I bought ended up being faulty and kept blowing smoke after I was done taking a hit off it , that was one of my concerns I asked the guy in regards of the price , I know it was too good to be true but that’s the risk I took. Only good thing that worked for me was the THC cookie vape I got . Overall customer service was so lame and did not care at all trying to help he did not even try to hide with his facial expression and clearly can see he did not care
