This smoke shop is my favorite in Orange City!! The employees are all very knowledgeable and able to help you find what you need. They all have a super positive attitude and the store has a large variety as well.The employee, Ben, was extremely helpful and has given me the best recommendations by far! Store manager is also very helpful. This is now my go-to smoke shop.

The Owner of Red Eye probably doesn't deserve the rating I gave the store...because I frequent and patronize this store over all others, because of Kaitlin (she' EXTREMELY respectful and friendly...even if she maky not FEEL like it) and how their products are presented...this is why I choose to SPEND MY MONEY in this store. However, apparently...and relative to the person who was working this evening...my money and patronage is merely a drop in the bucket atvthecend of the day, such that my dollars will not be missed. We'll, so be it. So I will chose to go somewhere else...not by choice...rather, because of the discomfort I will fell walking through their door after how I was treated this evening. I walked in at 5 minutes before closing...the door was open...I commented to the employee, "I just made it...I was in the parking lot for about an hour on my phone)...I said in an apologetic tone. The response I got from the YOUNG MAN working (as he is mopping the floor) was,"Why didn't you come in sooner Boss, we're closing". I ignored it. I proceeded to ask him ... "do you still have the "OLD STUFF", referring to flower that has a % of THC in it, as opposed to the flower that the store has said will no longer be available...soon. This employee knew what I was referring to, but chose to have an attitude and challenge me as to "what old stuff". The conversation went completely downhill from that point because his rudeness was not sonething I chose to ignore. So, for me, I'll take my money somewhere that will appreciate my loyalty business, even if it's 1 min until closing. I inquired as to how I could speak to the owner and was told "he is hard to reach". Maybe this will reach him, and although I won't be back, maybe the Owner will care enough about future patrons, who use their valuable dollars to support his store, to take my call when and if I reach him.. I'd like a fair opportunity to give him an account of what exactly transpired because I know the employee will claim I was YELLING at him...based on my vouce raising an octave, per my being treated like I was, because I came in the store "too late"... although the door was open.

I had a great experience at Red Eye Smoke Shop. Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in and took the time to answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated the level of customer service and will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at the smoke shop thanks to Sabrina. She was incredibly polite, professional, and really knew her stuff. I came in with a few questions, and she took the time to give me helpful advice without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the whole process easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for great service and someone who genuinely cares about helping you find what you need, ask for Sabrina. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best smoke shop in Orange City, FL, located in Bravo Plaza. They offer great deals and competitive prices across the board, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Highly recommend stopping by!
