Great experience at this smoke shop. Jeremy was the one who helped me, and his customer service was top tier. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me. You can tell he knows his products and genuinely cares about helping customers find what they need. The shop was clean, well organized, and had a great selection. Definitely coming back ask for Jeremy if you want excellent service 👍🏽🤩

Awesome Store!!! Recently moved to Orlando, and was in search for a smoke shop near me. Luckily, Red Dragon was close by. When I arrived I was greeted by CJ and he was such a down to earth guy!! Outside of the hospitality, he was also able to help me find exactly what I needed! Thank you CJ for the warm welcome to Orlando, I will DEFINITELY be making many trips back to this location!

I frequent this store and CJ is by far my most favorite employee to deal with. He's always full of smile, always welcoming, and we always have a nice chat while I'm purchasing my product. I am transgender so I find him very, very accepting and wholeheartedly would recommend this shop. Prices are decent and the customer service has always been outstanding.

Came in on the morning of 8/29/26, younger Spanish lady helped me. Upsold me on a product I actually really like, also took time going over some of the offerings. Great customer service.

I’ve been coming here for the last few years, the things the have along with the customer service makes me go only there for anything I need. Adam and Jeremy are the two people I usually see and they are just genuine good people, and I can see why this is such a successful store. Sometimes I don’t have an idea on what I want and Adam will always have the best recommendations, I’ve brought friends to this smoke shop, and they’ve said the same thing. Thank you Adam and thank you Jeremy !
