I love this shop but the last few times I have been in there there is one specific lady that won’t let me use my points. I’m not sure if she is purposely making sure I can’t get the discount or if she just can’t use the system properly. Every time I try to enter in my phone number before I pay, she scans the item at full price and says I will have the option to enter it in afterwards. Entering it in afterwards, only adds points, but does not allow me to use the points on my current purchase. SHE ALWAYS SCANS BEFORE I CAN TYPE MY NUMBER. I tried to explain this to her multiple times and she does not seem to understand that I need to enter in my phone number before she scans the item in order to use the points I have already earned. It got to the point where I literally just had to walk out of the store because she wasn’t understanding what I was trying to tell her. EVERY Time I tried to enter in my phone number before a purchase She scans the item and I can never use my discount. Again, GREAT SHOP, LOVE THE MANAGERS BUT PLEASE LET ME USE MY REWARDS

The crazy part is that I actually really like this smoke shop at first I got my first grinder from there, the dude was always cool up until this last time that skinny and very obviously older woman. To start it off I was in the smoke shop. There were multiple other men that she checked out without asking for their ID and after they left, it was my turn i’m pointing and clearly saying exactly what I want. This lady obviously has no familiarity with the product and had a hard time finding everything that I need and the last time I was in here which was months ago. This lady worked here, I think after a few months, you should at least know the product that you have available and when somebody’s asking you for something specific maybe you should have some knowledge of what’s going on. Again, not the problem. Then at checkout she asked me for my ID. I’m 21. Hey, that’s your job but you didn’t ask all those other guys. Not even the problem because I’m capable of just going on with my day. When I get home I see that not only did she not show me exactly which paper she grabbed, she gave me 3 Jumbo cones instead of the XLarge papers that I initially stated as it is and asked her. 2 of the blunts I paid for were hard and in my backwoods 1 was also hard. No big deal I was just gonna go back and see if I could exchange it as soon as I get there all I simply ask her while she’s busy with her headphones in her ears on the phone she gets off of the call and I let her know that I was in there earlier and I ask if I can just exchange and get a new one to where she immediately replies that there are no returns or exchanges and asking me. Why do I need to return it. I’m letting her know that they’re hard to win. She responds with such BS that I’m sorry. I caught an attitude. Telling me that “they are all hard.” “They’re all hard. That’s how they are and that’s how they’re supposed to be.” Yo. I’m telling her no they’re not they’re supposed to be soft. She grabs the backwood when I mostly was talking about my games. then she’s like these are soft. I told this lady I wasn’t gonna argue with her and if she wasn’t gonna give me the return bye and I left and just won’t go back. Pressed about two dollars worth of blunts when I paid for everything didn’t give you no problem and had absolutely no ill meaning word towards you in the beginning of our conversation. A simple no would’ve been sufficient. 50 years old hitting the vape, talking on the phone at the smoke shop and I’m not even a snitch but you rude. Hopefully you receive the proper ID training.

Sold me a fake broken ooze battery, & phone number doesn’t work so I can’t call to speak with someone about it. I live 30 minutes away so unsure if I want to drive all the way there to discuss issue since other reviews mention having trouble with refunds.

Great service , they walk you through everything you want to know about and have a VARIETY of options.Very organized and stocked.

Not only does the smoke shop have great customer service, but two of the employees spent over 30 minutes trying to help me jump my car when it died after I bought a vape from them. They went above and beyond to help a customer in need. Due to this, this is the only smokeshop I will be going to from now on. Thank you again you guys! You were my knights in shining armor.
