1-Star Review This was the third time I purchased a defective product from this smoke shop, and unfortunately it will be my last. The most recent item I bought would not charge at all, making it completely unusable. When I returned to the store for assistance, Sara told me that nothing could be done because it had been 16 days since the purchase, even though I had just explained that I purchased it 15 days earlier. What is most disappointing is that this is not an isolated incident. This is the third defective product I have received from this store. At this point, it feels like there is very little quality control over the products being sold. I understand that stores have policies, but when a customer repeatedly receives defective merchandise, I would expect some effort to help resolve the situation. Instead, I was left with a product that never worked and no solution. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.
