Bought 2 doob tubes and one Raw tips and was charged 13.91. Posted a photo of the receipt and what I bought today. Definitely ripping people off at those prices. Won’t ever come here again!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop, buying RAZ vapes regularly for over a year, and I’ve never had an issue until recently. Yesterday, I purchased a vape that had such a bad burning taste it was completely unsmokable. I returned to the shop today to request an exchange, explaining the situation, but the worker refused, saying it would cost him $15 wholesale and he couldn’t take the loss. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a loyal customer. It’s disappointing that they prioritized a small profit over long-term customer satisfaction. I expected better service, especially as a regular patron.

After being a customer for years, I changed my review for the treatment I was given by the owner. He wasn't helpful, made me feel rushed, and as I was burdening him. Other than that selection is good, and the girls are super helpful and "actually" know how to provide customer service. If you see "him" don't bother, walk out and go elsewhere. Will NOT be purchasing from here again.
