Was going here for awhile as it’s the only smoke shop in walking distance but I take an uber now because every product I’ve bought here was defective. Every cartridge leaked/clogged, a disposable was completely emptied into the package, and the battery never connects properly and just flashes since I first purchased it. Do not waste your money here please.

Was sold scam geek bars. Quality of device, flavor, everything was completely wrong. Checked the validation code on GeekBar.com and it came back as fraudulent.

Went in to the store this evening. Ms. Kim always goes above and beyond and is really caring. Some people are going through a lot and she brightened my evening tonight with a little small talk and great customer service. Sincerely, thank you Ms. Kim.

Usually have had good experiences with this store. Until they sold me a busted nitrous tank yesterday, won’t refund or replace it, because I didn’t take a picture of the tank that was seconds away from EXPLODING. Keep in mind I’ve purchased at least $400 worth of stuff from this location. They offered me a stingy “discount”. I recommend just buying from Amazon it’s cheaper than anything in this area and i have never received a faulty one from them. Won’t be shopping here anymore!

The boys at Heavy Fog have always been super nice and accommodating to me. I moved into the area a year ago and this has easily become my go to smoke shop, each employee is wonderful and helpful. I would even go as far as to say they are the best in the area. It takes a lot to make me a regular and they definitely have gained my business.
