Tyson at New Galaxy Gifts & Smoke Shop was a huge help. He helped me find a great pre-roll and took the time to educate me on all the different options they had available. He explained the different types of rosin used in certain products, broke down the differences between brands, and answered every question I had with patience and knowledge. His customer service was outstanding, and it made the shopping experience much easier and more enjoyable. Because of Tyson’s help, I’ll definitely be returning to New Galaxy Gifts & Smoke Shop in the future. Worst smoke-shop in Orlando never visit them. If you purchase an item they won’t exchange or refund even if you don’t step out of their store. Plus they want you to buy $5 worth of products. I was just in their and I bought a raw papers and they lady who was serving me refuse to exchange even thou it was literally 5 sec of me buying that raw papers.

When I went to the vape store today, the employee instructed me to buy a vape. I came in there asking for a vape. He ended up purchasing a vape battery and then told me I couldn’t return it. He was light skin, maybe 62 curly hair and glasses horrible customer service.

I’ve been coming here for a few years, and the current staff is the best they’ve had. They’re always friendly, helpful, and make every visit great. Honestly, they’re the reason I keep coming back. If they left, I probably wouldn’t come as much.

This is hands down the best smoke shop in town! Every time I stop by, I get top-notch service, especially from Tuna. He’s super knowledgeable about all the products, always ready to give great recommendations, and makes the whole experience smooth and easy. Whether you need help picking out the perfect piece or just have questions, he’s got you covered. The shop itself has a great selection and fair prices, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. Definitely my go-to spot.
