Absolutely blown away by this shop. The second you walk in, you can tell the owners actually care about the experience and not just throwing products on shelves. The entire store is super clean, organized, and honestly one of the nicest smoke/vape shops I’ve seen in the area. The product selection is massive everything from disposables, hookah products, trays, incense, CBD, kratom, accessories, and even random novelty items you didn’t expect to find but somehow end up wanting 😂 The layout is awesome too. Everything is easy to browse, shelves are stocked neatly, displays are clean, and the lighting/setup gives the place a really modern vibe instead of the usual cluttered smoke shop feel. You can tell they put real effort into presentation and inventory. There were tons of different vape brands and flavors available, and the hookah wall/setup looked incredible. What really made the experience stand out though was the gentleman at the counter. Super funny, polite, welcoming, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products. You could ask questions without feeling rushed or judged, and he actually took the time to explain differences between products, flavors, devices, etc. That level of customer service is rare now and definitely made the experience better. Overall this place has an awesome atmosphere, huge selection, fair pricing, and genuinely good people working there. Easily one of the better smoke/vape shops I’ve visited. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the area. 10/10 experience.

Go to Climax™️ instead. Overpriced, limited selection and rude staff. That zombie behind the counter talking about he’s still waking up… It’s 10am sir. He had an issue with me bringing my bike in the store. Well, maybe he should speak with a higher up to have bike racks installed. Climax™️ never complained. Also, they have a better selection/prices and the staff is actually coherent. Don’t go here.

I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love this shop and the staff, anytime I'm in the area I always stop in to say hello. They are some of the friendliest people I've met and they are always looking to give you the best deals. Great quality products with some of the most alluring pieces I've seen. If you're looking for something specific or just browsing around I highly recommend this shop. Remember your I.D., manners and etiquette and you'll never have a bad time at Good Timez!

Had the best smoke shop experience ever here. Fair prices, great deals, spectacular customer service. Employee was well informed about all the products we looked at and helped us in making a good decision on what to purchase. Definitely coming back :)

The worst customer service ever. I bought an e-cig and it was leaking like crazy the first day. I had to go back twice on the same day to prove to them it was defective finally they gave me another one but it leaks also. On that same day I bought a battery and 1 day later the button broke. She accused me of dropping it or it had to of been something I did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Over priced junk is what they are selling. The battery was only 20.00... I told her to keep it and that I would find a new smoke shop. That's 3 products in less than two days that were defective.
