I came here today, Jan 2nd, to pick up supplies for my hookah, but they are not open. I came at 1050a, not knowing they didn’t open until 11am. Here we are at 11:15am, and they are still closed. The number on the door is disconnected, and the number on their Instagram just goes to voicemail.

I liked this place. The clerk was so knowledgeable. She took a minute to get to know me but had clear boundaries.. It's kinda like we got a smoke break together... but I don't smoke nicotine now. I am not sure of her name, but her story still haunts me to this day... She looked like a million bucks, and she sat down across from me. We shared a conversation...

Ive been a supporter of yal for years, but the new girl yal got in there is rude. She tried to provoke me n overcharge me. I guess because yal next to the police station, idk. But she's no good...

They have a huge amount of products and accessories to choose from. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Every single device I have bought here breaks / dies within 2 weeks (the worst one lasted me hardly 24 hrs) every cart they have is low quality and cheap. And to top it all off, the staff leave the place locked up and go on breaks at random times thru the day for however long they want. They don't care that they are selling garbage and don't have any refund /return policy. Definitely won't be back here even if its my only option 🚮
