Came here on Sunday for the $7 Happy Hour. We got the wings and chicken quesadillas. They were superb. We also enjoyed our drinks. Fair warning the $7 Hennessy Marg was extremely sweet, so beware. The normal menu drinks are huge and tasty as well so those are great options too. Overall, the food was great and the service was quick and professional. We enjoyed ourselves.

Our server was amazing!! She was the sweetest thing ever! Wish I wouldve gotten her name but she had clips in the front of her hair. But the vibe was absolutely amazing!! Food...eh but the drinks and hookah 10/10!!! Definitely will be returning.

My experience at Blu Cantina at Camp Creek was beyond disappointing. Our server, Crystal, barely waited on our table. She seemed far more interested in twerking, socializing, and entertaining others than taking care of her customers. We waited so long for basic service that we eventually had to ask another employee to help us because Crystal was nowhere to be found. No customer should have to chase down another server just to be waited on. The food took forever to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was disappointing. The quality didn’t match the long wait, and the overall dining experience was frustrating from start to finish. The hookah service was just as bad. We waited over 30 minutes for it, and when it finally arrived, it was completely burnt. We had to send it back and wait all over again for a replacement. That should never happen. From the lack of customer service to the long wait times and poor quality, the entire experience was unacceptable. When customers spend their hard-earned money, they deserve attentive service and quality food—not to be ignored while their server is distracted. I hope management takes customer service more seriously because what we experienced was far below acceptable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I can’t recommend Blu Cantina based on my experience.

Horrible experience at bleu Cantina on the east side.. the waitress, the short, dark skin one with the crinkle hair. My sister ordered chips and queso, she bought chips and salsa. Cool more than likely chips and salsa is a repetitive order, so know big deal. When my sister politely corrected her with no ill intent, she double down, “you said chips and salsa” I sat right across from her and heard her ask for chips and queso, the same order we place everywhere we go. Again politely, mistakes happen, Plus she’s allergic to tomatoes so she definitely didn’t ask for salsa. The waitress had a nasty attitude for the rest of the night because you brought the wrong order. Didn’t come back to the table we had a third person show up and had to go to the bar to order, the bar back advised she will send the waitress over. When she finally came, she said give me 10 minutes and went right back to doing nothing. It was obvious she had attitude, so the third person just got her food to go because who got time for that. We eventually had to flag her down again to order more food with the intent to order more drinks but she came shortly after to close our tab, didn’t even asked if we wanted anything else. Then had the audacity to come back around a second time with the same tab after we paid, I guess that was her way of saying hurry up and leave. Bet, we’ll spend our money somewhere else. The night had so much potential if she hadn’t let her attitude get in the way of a simple mistake, and we still tipped, although the service was trash.

This was my first time visiting but my family live in the area and frequently visit. My thoughts… the music was very loud and the service was just okay. The waitress never really checked on us. She took the drink order and food orders and a while in between. The food didn’t take too long to come out. The jerk empanadas were extremely spicy and I’m a spicy lover. The pitcher of the original margarita was really good and did what it was supposed to do. Gratuity was included but I didn’t see it on the electronic device and ended up tipping over the amount they initially added. I didn’t get pictures of all of the food. I’m sure I’ll be back but it wouldn’t be my first choice and I would probably eat before going.
