I had an outstanding experience thanks to Alicia, Lex, and Tierra. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Their knowledge of the cigars, drinks, and overall atmosphere really stood out, and they offered great recommendations without ever being pushy. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuine, which made the entire experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and truly care about their customers. If you’re looking for a cigar lounge with a relaxed atmosphere and exceptional service, this is the place to go. Alicia, Lex, and Tierra are an incredible team, and they’re a big reason I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

First time going, went on a Braves game day (wont do that again lol), had to walk a mile to BURN because all of the decks were packed. It was worth the hike though, they have great cigar selection, and the ambiance itself is really nice and paid back. The service was decent but it could’ve been better. I’d go back though, a great spot in a great location.

I had the most positive experience at Burn this evening after a long day at work. I decided to slide through Burn for a single cocktail but it turned into three after bumping into several of my fraternity Brothers unexpectedly and the treatment from the hostess and staff was excellent. Even though I joined my buddies at a table where they were already seated the hostess this evening came by to check on me to see if everything was going well. I truly appreciated Southern Hospitality! The bartender was prompt and attentive. The well dressed gentleman manning the humidor was knowledgeable about cigars and made a wonderful recommendation for a cigar that was at a reasonable price. To top it all off, unbeknownst to me when I entered Burn it was live jazz night. The band was excellent and between sets a few of the band members came around and thanked us for being there. It was a high quality night with great people who were there to enjoy the tobacco leaf like myself. I would definitely go back and encourage anyone on the fence about visiting to give Burn a try. You won’t regret it!

As a Cigar Aficionado, the place was beautiful. The vibe was spot on. Selection was great. The drinks…phenomenal. I ordered Whiskey Angel (2x) on top of it being beautiful it was Yummie. I will be back.

Food was great! Humidor employee was 3/5, could have been much friendlier. We had a few new smokers in our group and they asked for suggestions. I also asked for a few descriptions. He was very short and seemed annoyed that we were asking for help. Also turn the music down. We couldn’t hear each other talk while at our table.
