Please provide additional training with your team members (particularly the one employee who couldn’t problem solve and give their customer their owed change of a nickel to the point where it escalated to the police being called) on customer service and deescalation skills. There is no reason a representative of your company is unable to brainstorm a way to satisfy the customer by providing them with their owed change without matters being escalated. Very remedial customer service and possibly discriminatory. I did purchase incense and the fizzy pop smells great! If you don’t like your job, get a new one. If you don’t like to be of service, get a new job in a new industry. You are a liability to your company and I’m sure future occurrences will happen if not addressed. Get some training, you’ve got this 😇

Terrible customer service. The employee was super rude when I asked about a product. Giving them one star is a massive understatement. Don't waste your breath or your cash here! Went to up and smoke instead they are incredibly friendly even though they weren't able to help me in my search either 💙

I highly recommend going to Excel city in old fourth ward. Ask for Jacob his customer service is incredible. He’s kind and makes you feel at home. The place is clean tidy and I was helped immediately with major knowledge! Thank you, Jacob.

This is the best location I've visited so far and it's not too far from my house. Jacob is soooo nice and helpful. He knew the products very well and actually made me buy more than what I originally went in there for and they were with it lol 😆...

I shop at the Ponce City Market location several times each month. I like going on Thursday because dude is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, especially when you're feeling adventurous and want to try a new product. Out of all the smoke, vape and edible shops, I think they have the lowest prices for everything on your chill list. Thanks bro.
