I visited this shop specifically to buy Kadobars and Geek Bars. Since the Kadobars I wanted weren’t available, the sales representative recommended an alternative, which I decided to try. After purchasing and testing it in-store, I discovered it contained 0% nicotine. I immediately brought this to the sales rep’s attention, requesting a replacement with a nicotine option. Unfortunately, she refused to exchange it, despite it being her recommendation. This experience was disappointing and demonstrated very poor customer service.

This is one of the best vape stores!! I would highly recommend it!! The service provided was amazing. Very cool ambiance and clean store. They have a variety of high end inventory items.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I plan to visit this merchant again due to the high number of options.
