Man… this shop and the staff are amazing every single time I come to visit. When I first stopped by, I was in the market for a really good hookah (bought a Vadra) that would last AND give great results. I’ve been coming back since. There’s one staff member in particular that is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and excellent with customer service and providing logic. He’s understanding, he’s kind, and he knows how to talk to you so you end up wanting to shop more! Idk what kind of skills this dude has or how he got them but I am sold every time and every time, I’m left with pure satisfaction. Cloud9 is too cool and it’s always a breeze to work with the employees when I stop by. Thanks guys, as always and keep up the good work. **SN: they’re located BEHIND the Waffle House. These guys are great. I bought a vape that was DOA, they opened up another, same deal. They gave me a more expensive Kade drip without charging me extra. Owner or manager knows how to take care of customers

Fast easy friendly and employees always know what you need before you ask the other female worker was the only :con to u visit. She took forever on my purchase she helped others but seemed like she judged me by my work attire that's why i didnt spend more than 100. But other than that loved my visit and purchase. 100% recommend a stop by

Stopped to restock some things and check out pricing/deals. The two guys at the front counter were awesome, they did an amazing job! Bought what I needed and decided to look over the vapes. They told me the policy on all of their vapes is the same and I chose 2 out (lower tier ones) since they have the 50% off. I was told to check them to see if they work before I left the store. Opened them, one didn’t work, the other leaked all over inside the bag. Damaged before it was even opened. I was okay with trying another one of each and swapping them. Second set, same problem. Guy up front calls his manager to ask how to proceed, and manager says to just give me 10% off on top of the 50% off deal and have me buy 2 different ones. After deciding to ask them to charge up one of them, one of the replacements began working. The wild berry full send however did not. I was told the manager said no more replacing it even if it’s with the same kind or flavor, I’d have to buy another vape. So waste more money on a possibly faulty device just to be told to spend more money.
