Of I could rate a zero I would. I went when they first opened. And the Indian guy didn't know any prices. I picked out a hookah bottle he's starred at 65 which was ridiculous so I was like nah Blue Rat has this size for like 30. So I was leaving he says ooh wait I can do 50, I said no thats still too much he says ok lowest I can go 45. And I can throw in free gifts .I really want you as a customer . So I was like ok I mean he was supper nice but he knew nothing about hookah. While boxing the hookah bottle I asked him what's the pipe for he said oh you can trash that you don't need it. At that point I know he didn't know a thing. I purchased the bottle anyway against my better judgment months later the stem broke completely off. It was useless. The bottle I purchased from Blue Rat. I'm still using it 3 years later. I wouldn't recommend purchasing at place the quality of product is temu expectations
