I just bought a pen from here. First time. I didn't like it, it didn't get me high really so went back I attempted to try talking it out with the guy behind the counter. The store is very clean and the guys that work there are really nice and respectful, and do a great job with helping customers, but one of the guys had to call another employee on the phone. She was so nasty, unprofessional, just saying no without him even really going into details.. she even told him if I gave him a problem she'd say she's a manager so she can tell me no... I wasn't trying to get over on nothing or nobody, I was just trying to see if I had any options especially seeing how nice the guys are and how pleasant the store was.. the way she handled that left a very bad taste in my mouth I didn't even want a solution I just respectfully left because I don't have time for that type of energy when I'm spending my money.. if I had to keep it that would have just been fine but she did entirely too much assuming I was a tall white guy... Not sure if I'd shop there again.

I've been to this location multiple times now, all of which have been overnight. No other clients have been in at the same time, but the two associates that I've had the pleasure of meeting have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. This is extremely rare in smoke shops at times, especially when it is an associate working the overnight shift!

Not an Xhale City, but actually a Bloom Shop. Off to Cheshire bridge Edit: I went to the Cheshire location and it was great. Was able to chat with the area manager (I assume because he was very knowledgeable about the other Atlanta locations and supply chain). This Bloom shop has been acquired by Xhale City and has the same specials 🔥

Amazing service the employees know alot abt the products they r selling and are very nice

Store was very clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and even gave us honest recommendation on certain products.
